Welcome aboard! Interns Ship is helmed by Captain Tanmay — a filmmaker, designer, and creative entrepreneur who knows what it’s like to be a hungry creator. The Captain is the bridge between untapped talent (you) and the brands looking for creative services.

🧭 How the ship sails for the Interns:

1. Submit Your Work Request

Share your task or project with us along with the deadline for the same. This would be know as The flow of the task.

More detail is preferred for a more desirable outcome. We’ll let you know if any more details would be needed.

2. We Break It Down

Tasks are divided as per skills (e.g. Design, Content Writing, Logo Creation).
Each part is assigned to the most relevant intern from our pool.
As of now, our services include the following skillsets :

Please note:

>Incase there is a requirement of a skillset not mentioned above, let us know the requirements and we will try our best to arrange services for the same.

>Incase an project requires multiple skillsets, the work will be assigned to multiple interns as per requirement.

3. Pilot Task (Optional)

We offer you a free mini-sample or trial version of a task, for the businesses/company’s to understand the capabilities of the interns and the quality of work expected.
You get to evaluate our work quality risk-free by providing us a small task for outcome assessment.
You may decide to continue or discontinue with our services after the Pilot Task.

4. Project Execution

Once approved, full execution begins.
Communication and delivery are managed entirely by The Captain — your only point of contact.
If any requirement is not met, The Captain would be open for queries and make sure the flow of work is smooth and ship sails effortlessly

5. Review + Delivery

You receive polished deliverables within the committed time frame.
Review. Approve. Done.
The Captain makes sure all requirements are met and the Company is satisfied with the results, if any changes are required , the follow through will be operated by the Captain itself.

Pricing Structure and Procedure

At Interns Ship, we believe in value-based collaboration. That’s why we let you, the company, define your budget range for the service/task you'd like executed.

We will let you assign a mini test task for free so you can evaluate the output before going forward.

📣 We Review & Negotiate

Once we review your proposed budget and task, The Captain will get in touch to:

Ensure feasibility
Match the right intern(s)
Negotiate fairly for mutual value

✅ Approval & Execution

Upon agreement on the budget, we begin work. You’ll get regular updates and a final delivery within the promised timeline.
